PANADOL TABLET 500 mg

INDICATIONS

Panadol is indicated as an effective analgesic and antipyretic in the fast relief of painful disorders such as headache, migraine, fever, backache, joint and muscle pain, period pain (dysmenorrhea) and toothache (pain following dental procedure/tooth extraction), pain after vaccination, and sore throat.

CONTRAINDICATION

Do not use if you are allergic to Paracetamol or any of the other ingredients in the product.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION

For oral administration only. Do not exceed the stated dose. Always use the lowest effective dose to relieve your symptoms. Do not take more frequently than every 4 hours. Do not use this medicine if you are taking any other prescription or non-prescription medicines containing paracetamol to treat pain, fever, symptoms of cold and flu.

Adults (including the elderly) and children over 12 years: 1–2 tablets, taken every 4 to 6 hours as required. Do not take more than 8 tablets in one day.

Children aged 6 to 12 years: Half to one tablet, taken every 4 to 6 hours as required. Do not take more than four doses in one day. Do not take for more than 3 days without asking your doctors.

Children under 6 years: Not recommended for children under the age of 6 years.
